A personal recap of things I explored, learned, or questioned in tech this week.
๐ง What I Worked On
- Only get familiar with the new project at Work
๐ Homelab Updates
- Root access to chatGPT
- I gave root access to chatGPT to my less important node in other to ask them to fix some broken VMs
- It did interesting things like creating recover LXCs and VMs. However it didn’t fix the issue
- it can be powerful though. The challenge was too tough, but “normal” tasks can be made without any friction.
๐ What I Learned
- Webpack Module Federation / Remote Loading Architecture
- The existence of OrbStack
- How AWS S3 Versioning works more in deep
๐ง Things That Surprised Me
- TTL in DNS are for client not services
- Brew is a package manager that has support to Linux as well
๐ Links or Resources I Found Useful
๐น Youtube Videos I watched
๐ฌ Final Thoughts
- Personally, it was a good week, but not much happened tech-wise.
- I dedicated pretty much of my time into the new project I’m working on at work
